Paradise Union
Paradise Union is a 2D, top-down, action roguelike developed in Unity and coded in C#. You play as an
angel tasked with eradicating all life in a world filled with all manner of beings. The player uses
energy projectiles that deplete and recharge over time while also having access to teleportation and a
special ability (acquired from defeated bosses).
I worked on this game alongside three other students. Given that it was everyone's first time making a
game, we split the work evenly so we could sample each aspect of the game development process. My tasks
involved:
- Design and development of one boss character
- UI design and creation
- Development of various game objects to manage gameplay (sound, level traversal, player character mechanics etc.)
